Indies: Cirque Dark Horse Collection swatches
Cirque Ophelia over Nails Inc Baker Street. One coat. I love this combination. Very nice formula for a glitter. Thin and easy to apply. I almost did not get Ophelia because I find it similar to Lynnderella Forget You not, but they are both beautiful polishes in their own right.
Cirque Tibetan Nights. Four coats. It was still a bit patchy after four coats. I also had to be very careful with application so I would not flood my cuticles. The formula is very thin so it would make a mess quickly. Also, the glitter in this sinks to the bottom of the bottle. Overall, I was disappointed with this one despite it being a very nice blue jelly.
A picture of the sinking glitter I was talking about.
Cirque Vaudeville. Three coats. This one ended up being one of my favorites.
Candeo Mallard over Vaudeville. One coat.
Cirque French Roast. Three coats. It was pretty gritty and ended up needing a few layers of topcoat to become smooth.
Cirque Dark Horse. Three coats. This one was gritty as well. I will probably layer this one over black the next time I wear it.
In the end, I am happy with the ones I purchased. Even Tibetan Nights is a beautiful polish, just not worth the trouble of application and sinking glitter for me. Vaudeville and Ophelia were my favorites. The formula overall was great. I did not have to add any thinner or think they needed it. Cirque polishes retail for $12 with the holographic colors selling for $16. There is also free shipping over $55 which I really like since most indie polish makers do not offer any free shipping.

Nails Inc Nail Jewelry swatches
Nails Inc Princess Arcade. Three coats.
Nails Inc Piccadilly Arcade. Three coats.
Nails Inc Royal Arcade. Three coats.
Nails Inc Burlington Arcade. Two coats over black.
Revlon Street Wear Prism over Burlington Arcade. One coat.
More Nails Inc glitters! I can't complain. They all had nice coverage except for Burlington Arcade. These can be found at Sephora.

Nails Inc Sprinkles collection swatches
Nails Inc Pudding Lane. Three coats.
Nails Inc Sugar House Lane. Three coats. My least favorite of the collection. This was described as a pale grey, but is a brownish taupe.
Nails Inc Sweets Way. Three coats. This one is a bit brighter in person.
Nails Inc Topping Lane. Three coats.
I really like this collection. Not many major brands are doing glitters like these, so it is refreshing to see. The formula on all of them were good. I like that you can get full coverage in three coats, but the glitter is not drowned out by the colored bases. These can be found at Sephora.

Nails Inc Jubilee and other 4th of July looks
Nails Inc Jubilee. Three coats.
Milani Silver and Icing Patriotic Princess over Loreal Jet Set to Paris. The glitter in Patriotic Princess is pretty sparse so I used about 3 coats. One light coat for the Milani.
Gradient with China Glaze Ruby Pumps and a white franken Ang sent me. It is called Helmer's Glue! LOL. And the glitter is Lynnderella Bibbity Bobbity Boo Blue. One coat.
China Glaze Ruby Pumps and Dorothy Who? on alternating fingers with Lynnderella Paper of Pins over it.
I hope everyone has a safe and fun 4th of July!

Indies: Elixir Lacquers, Pretty & Polished, and Jaybird swatches
Elixir Lacquers Tricky. Three coats. I had longer than normal drying time with this one. I got a chip on my thumb only three hours after I put this on (I usually get three to four days wear with most polishes). I'm not sure if this polish just didn't like my basecoat or topcoat or what. I will have to to try something different when I wear this again. Other than that, I really love this color.
Nicole by OPI Brilliant Idea over Tricky. Two coats.
Nails Inc Piccadilly Arcade over it all. One coat with a light hand. I did not expect this one to be so opaque. I bet I can get this one opaque in two coats on its own.
Finger Paints Evergreen Dream. Two coats.
Elixir Lacquers Kind of Connery over Evergreen Dream. One coat.
Kind of Connery over a blue jelly with green/blue glitter franken a friend made me which can be seen here. One coat.
Elixir Lacquers Calypso. Two coats over black.
Pretty & Polished Jawbreaker. Three coats. I am disappointed with this one. I was expecting this to be a jelly. The red square glitter has all sunk to the bottom and are impossible to get out. I had the bottle upside down for a while before applying and still did not get any. The picture below was the one showing on the Etsy listing. She really should update the picture with one that is accurate.
Pretty & Polished Flow over Orly Rock Solid. One coat with some touch ups. The large hex glitters in this one curl, so buyers beware. Original post here.
Pretty & Polished Flow over China Glaze No Way Jose. Two coats. Original post here.
Pretty & Polished Hustle over Claire's Blast Off. One coat. Original post here.
Jaybird Junk Basket. Three coats. I never would have thought pink would look good with green glitter but I really love how this looks! Even Mr. Janimal liked this one and he dislikes pinks.
Savvy Purple Potion and Pink Fairy over Junk Basket. One coat of each.
Jaybird Thing 2. Three coats.

Indies: Pahlish polish swatches
Pahlish Train Underwater. Three coats.
Finger Paints Motley over Train Underwater. One coat. I like the green that this added.
Pahlish Sitting in a Tin Can. Three coats.
Icing Mr Right Now. Two coats.
Pahlish Toxic and Timeless over Mr Right Now. Two coats.
Pahlish Toxic and Timeless over Milani Fresh Teal. Two coats of each.
Illamasqua Swinger. Two coats.
Pahlish Sunlight Shooting Through Pine Trees over Swinger. Three coats.
One coat of Sunlight Shooting Through Pine Trees over two coats of OPI Fly. This one reminds me of Chanel Illusion D'Or without the blue glitter. This is one of her underrated polishes yet one of my favorites. Sadly, it has been discontinued.
Pahlish Glittoris. Two coats.
Pahlish Total Eclipse of the Heart over Glittoris. One coat.
Total Eclipse of the Heart. Three coats, but I dabbed to get the glitters where I wanted them afterwards.
Old version of Pahlish Total Eclipse of the Heart. Two coats. This one had curly red bar glitter so it was reformulated. I like it too much to get rid of it, curly glitter and all.
Nails Inc Princes Arcade over Total Eclipse of the Heart. One coat.
Pahlish Bixby Canyon Bridge. Two coats. This is like a upgraded version of Deborah Lippmann Superstar. This has also been discontinued.
Sephora by OPI Don't Be Eggnog-ious over Bixby Canyon Bridge. One coat.
Pahlish Endless Static Sea over Orly After Party. One coat. I've posted this one before and you can see the Orly alone here.
Pahlish polishes can be found at her Etsy store: www.etsy.com/shop/pahlish
