$OPI's Spark-Tacular!-ly Tempted by Teal :D

I wanted to show you guys my NOTD, because I'm excited! During Sephora's double points weekend, I bought 3 $OPIs - What's Your Poison?, Tempted by Teal and Spark-Tacular! Top Coat. I had originally intended to just do Tempted by Teal. But it was a huge let down for me. The formula was runny, pooling at my cuticles and the finish was very frosty. Frosty like you could see the brush marks. I don't like that.

I thought about taking it off and trying out another color. But instead I decided to layer the Spark-Tacular! Top coat over it just to see how it would look. Here is the result:

As much as I like this combo, I would never wear Tempted by Teal on it's own and to me, that makes it not worth keeping. But Spark-Tacular! on the other hand, is pretty awesome! The glitter in it is densely packed and I'm sure it'd look great layered over other colors as well.
