China Glaze Good Witch? Three coats. I purchased the Wizard of Ooh Ahz Collection Returns a few years ago and this was one of the polishes. A huge frosty mess. I decided to spruce it up with some glitter!
OPI Teenage Dream. Two coats. All better! I even like how it looks now.
OPI's Teenage Dream might be one of their biggest smash hits in the past 2 yrs. I know more folks that use it, love it, find all kinds of things to use it as a topper to...like your creation here - it really fixed that nasty frost!
