OPI Mad as a Hatter is a part of the Alice in Wonderland collection. It is a multi colored glitter in a clear base. Drying time was quick and I didn't have any application issues with this.
OPI needs to do more glitters. Absolutely Alice and Mad as a Hatter are breathtaking.
